(i) John Orlebar (ii) Mary Rolt (iii) Theobald Smyth and John Skynner. -- A messuage at Grendon, closes, and parcels in the open fields; -- The parsonage impropriate of Sharnbrook, with a messuage called the parsonage house, 2 closes called Spaddocks or Sparricks, Mowing close, 12 acres, 4 acres meadow, late in the occupation of William Corby, then John Baker. Death of Mary, wife of John Orlebar; death John Orlebar. (B) 6 September 1734. Mortgage: John Orlebar to Charles Fletcher: -- Lands at Wicken Bonant, Essex. (C) 1 April 1737. John Orlebar to Charles Fletcher. -- A messuage in Podington late in the occupation of Mark and Richard Partridge, one in the occupation of Thomas Ekins, closes and 120 acres arable in the occupation of Richard Turland. (D) 20 August 1746. Further mortgage to Charles Fletcher; -- Further property in Grendon and Earls Barton; The impropriate rectory of Sharnbrook. (E) Indenture of even date. (i) William Burton esquire, surviving devisee of John Orlebar (ii) Richard Orlebar (iii) Mary, Elizabeth, Constantia Orlebar. (iv) Martha Pimlott and William Smith, gentleman. (v) William Staines of Biddenham, gentleman. (vi) William Gibbard (vii) Reverend John Gibbard of Sharnbrook, clerk. £4,100 due to (iv); £300 due to (v). Sharnbrook rectory to be sold for £4,400 to William and John Gibbard. The term of 1000 years granted to Charles Fletcher by indenture 6 September 1734, and that of 1 April 1737, and that of 20 August 1746 (except as regards the rectory or parsonage conveyed to William Gibbard) shall be assigned to Mary, Elizabeth and Constantia for securing to them their portions of £1000 each under settlement of 18 December 1729. Martha Pimlott and William Smith, executors of Charles Fletcher, have transferred; to Mary Orlebar mortgage on messuage, cottage and land in Wicken Bonant to Elizabeth Orlebar mortgage on messuages in Podington to Constantia Orlebar mortgage on messuages and lands in Grendon and Earls Barton.
