Scope and Content
(i) Morgan Hinde (ii) Edward Rolfe. a) (i) to build a barn of 3 bays b) (i) to divide Mill Field close ans set quickset and dead hedge at own cost as Richard Helder shall direct c) (ii) after 3 years shall make dead hedge to protect the quickset. d) (ii) to plant more white willows where wanting to the end of the middle drain, (i) allowing the cost of the trees and bushes. e) (i) to make a new bridge and gate out of the Meads into Church Pannell as Mr Helder directs, and to mend the rails next Wood Lane, and next the wood, with a trough there as Helder directs f) (i) to lend (ii) £30 interest free for 2 years to buy manure for the fallow g) (i) to allow (ii) £5 for leaving premises at Lady Day at end of term, and 20/ p.a. for last 4 years for 20 loads of manure a year for the fallow.
