(i) Richard Taylor, Southill, yeoman & wife Mary, one of the 2 sisters and coheirs of John Stringer, late Sandy, yeoman, the only son & heir of John Stringer, late Sandy, yeoman, deceased, and of wife Alice (Honour), the only child and heir of Jo. Honour junior, Shillington, Miller, deceased and granddaughter, heir and devisee of Jo. Honour, formerly Shillington, then Clifton, yeoman, deceased (ii) John Alenn, Sandy, yeoman only son and devisee of Honour Allen, Sandy, widow, deceased the other sister and coheiress of John Stringer.(iii) Richard Jepp, Shillington, yeoman. (iv) John Everitt, Hitchin, esq. nephew and sole executors of John Whitehurst., late Hitchin, haberdaher, deceased (v) Francis Pym, Hasell Hall, yeoman trustee for (ii) [reciting that (i) and (ii) are respectively seized of 1 moiety of messuage free and copyhold lands] (i) to (ii) -- -- moiety of messuage Shillington (as above) and l acre land on which it stands, late occupied Thomas Alburn, now by his widow, adjoining copyhold land South. Covenant to levy a fine to use of (ii) "" to surrender:- --- l acre (4 lands) Plashbread furlong, long since enclosed with and now part of the orchard or homestall of the messuage. Assignment of term to attend the inheritance (iv) to (v) in trust for (ii) Witnesses: Isaac Coxall, William Wilshere, Junior.
