-- The manor of Langhtons, Sharnbrook, with a capital messuage called Broadgates, late in the occupation of Thomas Cobb, deceased, then in the occupation of William Cobb; a messuage in Sharnbrook, with 70 acres arable, 32 acres pasture, 3 acres meadow, in the occupation of John Norman; a parcel of ley called Cursmolde (16 parcels); a cottage, 5 acres land and ley, ½ acre meadow, 2 acres pasture, in Sharnbrook, in the occupation of Oliver Day;

States that £400 belonged to Tristram Conyers, £200 to Judith, £200 to Margaret. Judith’s £200 has been paid to her since her marriage by Margaret; therefore, as the principal has not been repaid, Tristram and Margaret have equal rights.
