    -- A cottage in the Over End of Sharnbrook, over against the vicarage house, between the ground of Francis Clerke, alias Sonmer; and the tenement late of Thomas Cobbe, in the occupation of said William Illson; extending from the common street to the brook; 5 acres arable; 1½ roods “and 2 feet” meadow; late in the occupation of John Daye; now Oliver Daye. -- a cottage with croft called Huntes Spynney in Cawfle End, Sharnbrook, between the ground of Lady Boteler called Dudwell and a common lane; 4 acres arable and ley ground; 1 rood “and 2 feet” meadow; in Sharnbrook, and with said cottage anciently occupied; in the occupation of Francis Pecke, late Thomas Pecke; as listed in schedule attached (West Field, Church Field, East Field, Little Meadow, Great Meadow -). -- a cottage called the brook house, next the brook, in the occupation of Nathaniel Johnson, late Thomas Bell, sometime Thomas Pettit, anciently John Clerke alias Sonmer; -- a cottage and smith’s shop or forge in the Nether End of Sharnbrook next the farmhouse of Thomas Cobbe, late in tenure of William Harper deceased, and before John Blande, now Robert Peybodye, before in the tenure of William Illson, and sometime in the tenure of Richard Peacocke; closes or enclosures, 8 acres in Bolney End, Bletsoe; being the freehold lands and tenements of Thomas Cobbe gentleman, deceased, grandfather of Thomas Cobbe, party to these presents; and of which the latter is seised; -- Coxe close, 4 acres, in Sharnbrook, next Castle close; Moreley wood, 4 acres, adjoining, next Crabtree piece; of which Thomas and Dorothy are seised.
