--- to son Thomas Harrison, Tooley St., London, Richard Poole, Souldrop, yeoman & wife Sarah, all free & copyhold estate, Pavenham, & share in right of wife to freehold estate, Milton Ernest, occupied by Thomas Peck, formerly publican, & Robert Mole, publican, in trust:-
- to wife for life, remainder to son Thos, and daughter Eliz. Poole, wife of Richard, in equal shares, but testator wishes son Thomas to have the house in which testator resides. In case of non-agreement, trustees to sell and divide proceeds.
