A house and lands in Bolnhurst in occupation of John Frankleyn, late belonging to the priory of Canons Ashby, with woods called Shortewoode coppice and Glyntells coppice, 3 1/2 acres, granted by the King to the above by letters patent 24 December 1545; to be held of the King in free socage; paying annually 2s 8d. Witnesses: George FitzJeffrey, gentleman, George Elsham, John Rochford senior and junior, George Hyll, John Chapleyn. Endorsed: manor of Glyntils.
