    -- A cottage in the occupation of said Giles, with close adjoining; situated in the West end of Harrold, next the Northampton road; between the messuage of John Bruer, husbandman, east, and that of said William W, in the occupation of John Warde; to be held of the chief lords of the fee by the customary services. Witnesses. Christopher Catlyn (?), Richard Smales, his servant. Note that William Bluet borrowed Christopher Catlyn’s seal. “Memo It is not mente by these premysses that theyre is any other closse belonging to the abovesaid tenement or cottage but the yarde; nor that such plotte or parcell of the said yarde as the said William Bluett hadd made an orcharde of and layd it to his mesuage in the tenure of John Warde before the premysses bargayned and solde in forme abovesaid.”
