--- To the poor of Pirton 20s.--- to the poor Shillington 10s.--- to son John the farmhouse and appurt. occupied by the test. on condition that he pays to Rebecca, Joan and Elizabeth daughters of test, and to the child not yet born (if it is a daughter) £50 each, or £150 to the unborn child if it is a boy.-- Wife Rebecca to have benefit of the property until John is of age on condition that she does not commit waste, and that she pays debts owing to William Hanscombe, father of the testator.--- To daughters legacies as above, and to unborn child.--- Residue of personal estate to wife, sole exectrix. Witnesses: James Hanscombe, Matthew Hare.
