    - 3 closes called Ashtons Closes, Carlton, and adjoining close Stevington, to son William Hipwell, subject to dower, and payment of annuity of £5 to wife for life and £25 to daughter Elizabeth Worth - Green Close, Little Hall Close, Hall Lane Close, Pavenham, to son Daniel, subject to annuity as above, and £25 as above - messuage with garden, orchard & appurtenances occupied by testator, Pavenham, to wife for life if she continues a widow, subect to keeping same in good repair and insuring against fire; after her decease or marriage, to daughter Harriet subject as above; on her decease to son Daniel & heirs. - Rowleys Close with 3 recently built cottages, Pavenham, occupied by John Brashier, James Howe, Stephen Church to daughter Harriet for life subject as above; on her death to son William & heirs - residue of real estate to Daniel Hipwell, Stocke Mills, Sharnbrook, miller, & Joseph Pain, Felmersham, farmer as trustees & executors to sell for payment of debts, residue to be divided equally between sons William & Daniel - personal estate & effects to wife & daughter in equal shares during joint lives (or widowhood of wife) on death or marriage of wife, to daughter Harriet if surviving, otherwise in equal shares to two sons - £5 each to trustees; also all real estates vested in testator's trustee or mortgagee
