-- A close or pasture commonly called Ote close or Ote closes in Wymington, in the occupation of John Neale gentleman; recently bought of Henry, Earl Derby, and son Ferdinand, Lord Strange;
for the better support of wife Sybil if she survive him, and in recompense for a fine relating to part of Sybil’s jointure in Bicknell and Hampton, Warwickshire, formerly bought by William of Richard Hubbynen, and now granted by William and Sybil by fine to Clement Fysher esquire.
