Biggs has asked him to appoint William Biggs, Bromham, miller as attorney) --- cottage containing two rooms below and three above occupied by Charles Huelat --- 2 cottages adjoining each other containing two rooms below & one above occupied by William Jones & James Harrison --- cottage containing 2 rooms below & 2 above occupied by Josiah Middleton --- 36p garden ground all in Pavenham, formerly described as a cottage with yard, garden etc., then as a cottage divided into 2 tenements; since then additional buildings have been erected on the premises
