Undertaking as to an Order to be made by Bedford R.D.C. in respect of land at Radwell
On 11 Oct 1972 Bedford R.D.C. (as agents for B.C.C.) issued planning permission no. Bd.R.TP/72/88 for the erection of two farmworkers’ dwellings on land at Moor End Road, Radwell; Bedford R.D.C. are resolved to revoke this planning permission and undertake to indemnify B.C.C. against all compensation and costs payable resulting from the making of this Order.
