Undertaking as to an Order to be made by Bedford R.D.C. in respect of land at Yielden
On 20 Apr 1971 Bedford R.D.C. (as agents for B.C.C.) issued planning permission no. BRDC/71/90 for the erection of a farm house at Bottom Farm, Yielden; Bedford R.D.C. are resolved to revoke this planning permission and undertake to indemnify B.C.C. against all compensation and costs payable resulting from the making of this Order.
