On 26 May 1965 Biggleswade R.D.C., (as agents for B.C.C.), issued planning permission no. BWRDC/TP/65/87 on 1 acres 12 poles of land at Potton Road, Sutton; Biggleswade R.D.C. are resolved to revoke this planning consent and undertake to indemnify B.C.C. against all compensation and costs payable resulting from or arising out of the Order.
