There are in the possession of Mr E. Francklin at Gonalston Hall:
- an illuminated pedigree on parchment of the Francklin family
- another of the Monoux family
- an illuminated copy on parchnent of the arms of the Francklin families of England
Physical description
Many of the documents were fragile and damaged by damp. Repairs started in 1948 and some have yet to be completed; at least some items are currently unfit for production.
