    A) Ann Parker's one undivided third part 1) Ann Parker's Will Funeral expenses & other debts to be paid out of money due to her for rent and rest out of Messuage or tenement to Sister Jane Elizabeth Parker £50 annuity out of real estate to brother Robert Johnson Parker £40 legaacy to cousin John Parker Tidcombe £30 legacy to brother John Watkins Parker Messuage or tenement & lands at Bow Brickhill,Bucks J.W &J.E. Parker appointed Executors Will made 11 October 1808. Proved at Doctors Commons 22 November 1811 2) Will of John Watkins Parker to sister Jane Parker all his freehold & other estates in Potsgrove, Toddington & Bow Brickhill to brother Robert Johnson Parker: all other his freehold & copyhold estates appoints J.E.Parker & R.J.Parker Executors made 1 July 1815. Proved at Doctors Commons 25 November 1817 B) Barbara Parker's undivided third She married Reverend John Robinson, late of Flitton, Clerk. She died in his lifetime without issue.Her share went to Robert Johnson Parker, her eldest brother. NB Pedigree showing the Children of Robert Parker, who married Barbara Johnson on 30 June 1748. Their Children were baptised at Steppingley between 1749 & 1757. C) As to above tewo undivided third parts 1) Will of Robert Johnson Parker to sister Jane Elizabeth Parker: Messuage or tenement, dwelling house, gardens, yards, close near adjoining at the back AND the Close & Cottage in front of his house & gardens, Steppingley, in his own occupation, AND also his estate & interest in farm lands & premises in the occupation of William Phillips in Steppingley Reversion to William Greene of Ampthill, Attorney. All his woods, plantations & the rest of his closes, lands and meadow lands in his own occupation in Steppingley AND Farmhouse , farm lands etc in Steppingley & Millbrook then in the occupation of Daniel Cooke BUT note specific devises such as The French Horn & land adjoining in the occupation of Thomas White AND two Cottages in the occupation of Thomas Ireland & John Hanmer in Steppingley to particular people mentioned in Original Will (See Russell Box 330) AND residue of real & personal estate in Steppingley, Eversholt & Millbrook Real estate at Eversholt & residue of personal estate charged with payment of debts, legacies & funeral expenses. AND payment of Annuity or weekly sum of 6s to Thomas Ireland for life AND 6s to Thomas Ireland's wife for life. Liability to pay following legacies: John Hanner £50, Richard White £20, Thomas Green £20, John Robinson £50, Robinson's two daughters £50 each William Greene Sole Executor Will made 26 August 1818. Proved Doctors Commons 9 July 1819 2) William Greene's Will to wife Elizabeth all his messuages etc & real estate at Ampthill, Maulden, Millbrook, Eversholt & elsewhere within the United Kingdom & Ireland AND all his personal estate declared "he had made the said devise & bequest in favor of his said wife, knowing that she would be thereby enabled to pay and discharge all his just debts and to provide for the future comfort and welfare in life of all his dear Children, as fully & judiciously as he could have done himself made 10 September 1818.
