    Commissioners appointed by the Act 1) Thomas Thorpe of Great Barford, 2) Richard Davis, Oxon. 3) John Maughan of Hitchin, Herts in case of dispute. Thomas Thorpe died 21 January 1813. Amabell Baroness Lucas 16 February 1813 by power in act appointed Frederick Gostelow of Haynes, gent to be the commissioner in place of Thorpe. He refused to act. Baroness Lucas 13 Aug 1813 appointed Charles Bloodworth as commissioner. Richard Davis died Charles Bloodworth 20 June 1814 gave notice to Dean & Chapter of CCC Oxford (according to Act could appoint within 30 days after notification of Davis' death). They neglected to act so Bloodworth (empowered by act) appointed 28 Sept 1814 John Burcham of Conisby Lincs gent. Then Charles Bloodworth died so Countess de Grey 22 March 1825 appointed Thomas Brown of Willian, Herts, gent.
