- to niece Mary, wife of James Catlin of Tilbrook, wheelwright, 3 dwelling houses in All Hallows Lane occupied by Thomas Knight, John Denton and Widow Tucker;
- to niece Emily, wife of Jeremy Laurence of Northamptonshire, shoemaker, 2 dwelling houses in All Hallows Lane, late purchased as above, occupied by under-tenants of tenant Richard Hands;
- to niece Ann, wife of George Osborne of Tilbrook, labourer, dwelling house in Danes Street occupied by tenant Benjamin Bamford; also lately purchased as above;
- to niece Elizabeth Clarke of Tilbrook, spinster, 2 of his new 4 tenements built on land on west side of All Hallows Lane, purchased of Elger, occupied by John Riddy and Edward Cos;

- to nephew William Clarke of Tilbrook, labourer, two of 4 tenements in Pilcroft Street, bought of Richard Smith, occupied by William Chapman and John Young; and a piece of building ground about 12 ft wide;
- to nephew George Clarke of Tilbrook, labourer, the other two (those nearest Ampthill Road), with oven and ground, tenants [blank] Evans and George Parish;
- to William Ward of St Pauls, child of William Ward (natural child of wife), dwelling house in St John Street occupied by Thomas Smith, shoemaker; and 3 dwelling houses in Leg-of-Mutton yard, St Johns, with use of pump and well;
- to Joseph Ward of St Pauls, brother, dwelling house adjoining in St Johns Street, occupied by Thomas Harpur; and 2 dwelling houses adjoining, occupied by Samuel Dunton and widow Hillyard;
- to Emily Ward (sister of above) dwelling house in St Loyes occupied by George Cox;
