    Conveyance (with Covenant to produce Title Deeds 1832-1859) 1) Edward Beck of Bold Street, Warrington, Lancs (Vendor) 2) George Claridge of Ampthill, Grocer (Purchaser) Capital Messuage in Church Street, Ampthill with buildings, pleasure grounds etc AND part of Close of pasture ground with garden & fishpond (2A,0R,17P) AND Toft or piece of ground in Ampthill, belonging to the mansion house and adjoining to the that part of the grounds, which was then a plantation on the west side of the mansion house, upon which toft two Cottages formerly stood (which premises then formed one entire estate, which was sometime since in the occupation of James Hurtle Fisher, John Morris, Mary Ann Morris, Jane Morris, Catherine Morris, the Reverend Thomas B.Whitehurst & for many years of Mrs Curtis.
