    All his land at Winterbourne [Bassett, Wilts] which Walter de Dauuilla had given to Emesine, the grantor’s mother, in free marriage with his father and to their heirs. Witnesses: Stephen de Sedgrave, Walter de Power, William de Biscopisdun, William de C[u]rli, William de Luci, Robert de Dauuilla, Robert de Lamare, Thomas de Dauuilla, Gervacius de Waltona. [Walter de Ayvill (Eyvill) was associated with Stephen de Segrave [d. 1241] and William de Curli as justice in Warwickshire & Leicestershire in 1227, also with William de Bissopeston in that year & 1229.
