    A tenement where Farlye dwells in South Street, Dunstable, between Elyzens Wastell and Thomas Plumer, abutting east on Watling Street, and west on a close of John Geffereye; with the garden, it measures 7 perches 11½ feet in length, in width the same measure as Wastell’s tenement, and at its East End 1 perch 5 feet. (They were of Thomas Farleye, the grantor’s father, and came to himself by legacy from John Whytryge, and he and John Geffereye had by demise from Henry Skegg and Richard Cobalde, the feoffees. To be held by John and Elizabeth Haryson and Thomas Whyte to the use of John Haryson and his heirs). Witnesses: Roger Tolye, John Stambryge, Richard Colman.
