[Description of various properties including the Manors of Wilden, Bassetts and one third of Erneys.] To the use of Thomas Rolt senior and sons for his life. The following (part of foregoing) to the use of Mary Coxe for her jointure: Chesterly Wood in Clapham and Oakley; 2 pightles in Oakley adjoining mill, in the occupation of Thomas Rolt and George Paine; osier beds in Milton in the occupation of [blank] Wilson.     [Description of various properties] The manor of Wilden and advowson; the manor of Bassetts, Milton Ernest; one third of the manor of Erneys, Milton Ernest; Mill pasture, 41 acres, Oakley, divided in three, 1/3 now in the occupation of Richard Williamson; Oakley leys, 39 acres; Baldwyns pasture, 20 acres; a messuage, close and 12 acres purchased of John Cobbe, gentleman, in the occupation of Edward Lewis, yeoman, altogether 16 acres; a messuage called the Faulcon in Milton Ernest, and 1 acre meadow in the common meadow; a cottage and 1/2 acre abutting east on the common green, south on Back Lane, in the occupation of William Weals, shoemaker; a cottage and 1 acre; 1 1/2 acres purchased by John Smith of Thomas Honour; 1/2 acre on Crowslins furlong which Thomas Chase, gentleman, exchanged with John Smith; 1/2 acre in Portway furlong in Portway Field, abutting south on Crowbridge, which Joan Gilman, widow, assured to John Smith, clerk; a cottage and close in the south end of Milton Ernest, in the occupation of Christopher Savage, which Savage purchased of John Edwards and wife Alice; and all other property of Thomas Rolt in Wilden, Milton Ernest, Oakley and Pavenham.
