Leaves niece, Mary Dixie: £1,000, House in Shefford occupied by John Wright, bricklayer AND three tenements in Parish of Meppershall, now occupied by George Franklin, John Jackson and William Ellis, under condition she educates his nephew, James Bower until he be of an age sufficient to carry on the tanning business. to nephew James Bower: House and Tanyard at Shefford, occupied by Thomas Bower, himself AND £500 when he is 21. Residue to nephews Thomas and James Dixie and nieces Ann Hughes and Lucy Dixie Executors Mary Dixie and nephew Thomas Hughes, Grocer Will made on 26 January 1796.
