File maintained by Timothy Dodwell (a churchwarden at start of the project, later Lay Vice-Chairman of the PCC). Begins with the letter from Professor Richard Marks (Centre for Medieval Studies, University of York), 30 August[?] 1995, which provided the impetus for this major undertaking.

[B] Cathedral Studios— Strobl [Dr. Sebastian Strobl, Director of the Cathedral Studios, Stained Glass Division of the Canterbury Cathedral Co., Ltd.]: contains project correspondence with Dr. Strobl, including cost estimates (Cathedral Studio cost estimate nos. SG 832, SG 692, SG 692-01, SG 900) and invoices; copy ‘Report on the Condition of the Early 15th Century Glass in the Church of All Saints at Odell (Bedfordshire)’, 1996, and copy ‘Interim Report on the Conservation of the Early 15th Century Glass [etc.]’, 1997; brief report of survey (conducted 10 June 2002) of remaining medieval glass fragments in the traceries of the nave aisle and clerestory windows not yet covered by previous surveys (with columns for location, size, subject, date, whether original to location, condition, whether recommended for conservation, image of fragment); notes of visit to Canterbury to look at All Saints’ stained glass in process of conservation, 8 December 2003.
[C] Main Faculty: contains correspondence regarding faculties, work and grants; copy petition for initial faculty to remove and store glass (23 May 1996) and General Citation for same (27 July 1996) [faculty granted 4 September 1996]; copy Petition for Faculty for conservation and reinstatement of the medieval stained glass (10 November 2002); copy pre-faculty application to English Heritage (18 December 2002) and response from English Heritage particularly discussing proposed isothermal treatment of glass (5 February 2003), with reply concerning same from Sebastian Strobl (14 February 2003); copy Faculty granted (3 April 2003); copy Certificate of Completion of Works Authorised by Faculty (10 April 2005).
