  • Title
Letter from Michael Rowed jr. to Thomas Collingdon: father unwell; his efforts to complete Luton survey have brought on severe attack. He has communicated with John ? Sedgwick resp. Yardley leaving Someries farm and has agreed to take dung acc. to custom at valuation. He has no claim on any dung made there after Lady Day; this should be watched. Dung to be valued is to be clamped at Lady Day. Did Yardley take over farm from father on same rent and terms or was rent put up? Father must know this before agreeing with Sedgwick as to quantity of fallow to be left.
