Robert de Radewell demises to Robert Groseteste: 12 acres land in Felmersham of the fee of Stephen de Landres, viz: 1 acre on Derietehul next land which Emma de Landres held, 1 acre on Smauldenhul next land which Gilbert de Landres held, 4 acres in West Field abutting on Twetecroft next land which Richard Knew held, 2 acres on Foxputteshul next land which was of Richard son of Laur[ence], and all his cultura called Ouere Wodlond next land which Emma de Landres held. (To be held to the end of the term set out in a cirograph which Robert Groseteste had from Stephen de Landres. Reversion at the end of the term to Stephen de Landres.)
