For 16 shillings Nigel assigns to Ralf for 10 years: 1½ acres land at Radwell; whereof ½ acre lies on Synderhulle next Richard son of Nicholas, ½ acre towards Sharnbrook against the house of Richard de Ripa, next William Mapel; ½ acre in the East Field at Crowelond between Richard Marescallus and late Simon de Broy; also 1 rood meadow in Brademade next Robert the husband of Helewis. (With the crop now growing). Witnesses: Robert Lupus, Robert de Broy, Matthew de la More and his son Matthew, Robert Marescallus, Richard son of Nicholas, John le Françeis, Gilbert Clergis.
