Lindsell and William Pope, churchwardens and C.S. Lindsell Gross arrival income under £50.00 C.S. Lindsell wants to leave to be trustee Commission announced would prepare a scheme 18 Nov 1878 Appoints trustees vicar and churchwardens AND Thomas Kinman, ironmonger, William John Pope. merchant, James Daniel, seed merchant and Charles Heath, gentleman a) Rent charge of £13 per annum issuing out of the Holme Estate, Biggleswade, now in possession of R.H. and C.S. Lindsell Cottage and garden at Holme (20 poles) now occupied by John West vested in official trustees of Charity Lands. Yearly income of Charity to be applied by trustees in making payments to trustees or manager of any public elementary school, Biggleswade, in aid of general maintenance, not above 10s per child with not less than 50 attendances at school in excess of number required by Board of Education as a condition of an annual parliamentary grant or shall have passed last preceding examination of the school as to earn a payemnt from the grant in respect of that examination 21 Mar 1879 2) Death of James Daniel. 8 Feb 1896 3) Death of Charles Heath 4) Death of Thomas Kinman. 25 Jul 1907 5) The reverend George Carter Wolfe, now vicar of Biggleswade.
