Daughter Philadelphia Pratt, wife of Joseph Pratt of Biggleswade, labourer; divided messuage in Holme Street alias Mill Lane, near adjoining messuage where testator dwells (untenanted, erected by testator on land purchased from Richard Lee of Clifton, Bedfordshire, gent) AND yard and garden set out by testator. Daughter Sarah Bowman: divided messuage or tenement in Holme Street, alias Mill Lane, Biggleswade, where testator now dwells and yard and garden set out by testator AND barns, outhouses, stables and premises (in own occupation 'and by me built' on part of land purchased from Richard Lee) on day Will made surrenered it to use of his will residue of personal estate to son and 2 daughters Made 22 Oct 1741.
