b) Messuage, dwelling house or greengrocer's shop with the outbuildings on west side of Hitchin Street adjoining a) in the occupation of Arthur William Milton:
subject to right of way for Robert William Wright through the existing gateway across the yard to a gateway constructed by Robert William Wright at the rear of a building formerly a slaughterhouse.
