    “I give and bequeath my soul unto the Almighty.... body to be buried at Tyringham. To wife, in addition to jointure, a moiety of plate and all household stuff at Tyringham to use during her life; coach and coach-horses; half the stock of sheep and beasts at Tyringham; 4 riding geldings or mares at her choice. To daughter Katherine £1000, provided that she bestow herself with the consent of her mother and uncle Lord Gorges; or else she shall have but £500; if she remain single, annuity of £80; To son Edward annuity of £100 “which as I remember I have already settled upon him out of my manor of Tyringham by a deed which I cannot readily find” To son William annuity of £100; To son John residue, together with all rights in great park at Windsor, household stuff there, residue of plate and stock at Tyringham. If John has no child, he is to pay £500 each to grandchildren Francis and Elizabeth Mordaunt, otherwise £250. Financial bequests to Thomas Cason, John and Edward Cason, sons of son Sir Henry Cason; and to Robert and Richard Napyer, son of son Richard Napyer. Executors. Lord Gorges and son John. Overseers.
