Chapman east: messuage, owner/occupier William Henry Barker and extending 119 ft from north to south (some part of premises late in occupation of Lawrence Gall and other part are in the occupation of Mrs Frazer and Mrs Niven AND RIGHTS of common pasture for one horse, two cows and a breeder (marginal note by W.T.
