Extends in width 13 ft 6 ins with an average depth of 66 ft Formerly occupied by William Keep, afterwards by Mary Taylor and then of Samuel Linsey [Lot 4 in above auction] a) and b) abut: north: private road from Shortmead Street east: premises of Samuel Benson (see HF11/3) south: premises late of Thomas Handley west; Shortmead Street Samuel Linsey was admitted tenant on 28 Apr 1871 on surrender of George Newbery All above premises are now called Victoria House, Church Street, Biggleswade.
