    Property in HF11/3/25, viz:- piece of land, Biggleswade, near to Shortmead Street abuttments: north: property now belonging to messrs Heath south: messuage, garden and premises sold to Thomas Church but to which William Thompson has to make a fence east; Chapel Field and public footpath there west: partly by other property held by Murrey etc; remianing unsold and partly private roadway of 11 ft wide leading into Shortmead Street and partly by property now or late of Mrs Handley. Site measures: north side 167 ft 6 ins south side 163 ft east side: 105 ft 6 ins west side 105 ft 6 ins AND 13 messuages, cottages or tenements and 13 barns erected on the site, in the occupations of Joseph Mantle, Richard Airton, Fred Chambers, John Frost, George Roe, George Smith, James Allibone, John Albone, Joseph Hazell, Francis Vorley, William Smith, T. Walker and John Crouch AND walls built at north, east and part of west side AND right of way from Shortmead Street of width of 11 feet for horses and carriages over the ground at the west end of it, still unsold.
