Site measures: north side 167 ft 6 ins south side 163 ft east side: 105 ft 6 ins west side 105 ft 6 ins AND 13 messuages, cottages or tenements and 13 barns erected on the site, in the occupations of Joseph Mantle, Richard Airton, Fred Chambers, John Frost, George Roe, George Smith, James Allibone, John Albone, Joseph Hazell, Francis Vorley, William Smith, T. Walker and John Crouch AND walls built at north, east and part of west side AND right of way from Shortmead Street of width of 11 feet for horses and carriages over the ground at the west end of it, still unsold.
