Ten several pieces of ground (37 poles) in the Back Street in Biggleswade upon which 10 cottages lately stood but were by the late fire of Biggleswade burnt down (then or late in the occupations of William Huckle, James gray, John Miller, Pettit Bread, John Francis, Edmund Chamberlain, Thomas Pate, Dennis Beaumont, Mary Chapman, widow, james Beck and Thomas Goodman

Trustees shortly afterwards built 10 houses on the site and with approval of principal Inhabitants of Biggleswade at a Public Vestry or Parochial meeting took up loan of £200 in own names from Joseph Fossey by bond of 14 Feb 1786.
Judgement against trustees i.e. they are personally liable

In Back Street of Biggleswade erected on the site of a cottage burnt in the late fire of Biggleswade AND small piece of ground as is now staked out containing to each cottage 36 sq yards and 4 feet AND joint use of the well in the yard and privy (contributing to repairs etc.)
Consideration £24 paid by 3) to 1) to be spent
a) in costs of trustees selling 10 cottages
b) in satisfaction of trust above
c) paying principal and interest due to Joseph Fossey
