    [Recites the original Grant by the Trustees for the sale of Fee Farm Rents, in 1672, to Ralph Eggleston of: the fee farm rent of £11.6s.5d. of tenants in Flitwick and Maulden; & tenemants in Flitwick late in tenure of William Button, & then of Richard Button, lands in Flitwick late in occupation of Anthony Cave, various lands in Flitwick [no details], cottages built on waste parcel of the Manor of Flitwick, in occupation of James Hyde and William Jackson; itself reciting (A) original lease, dated 15 June 1624: to the said trustees; (B) assignment of remainder of term, dated 15 May 1628: to William Williams & Robert Mitchell & others. And (C) grant (letters patent) of the reversion, dated 14 June 1628: to Edward Ditchfield & others]. - The said fee farm rent or rent of assize. Witnesses: F Brace and Edward Porter.
