    -- The manor or capital messuage or farm called the manor of Hinwick, otherwise called Braies farm, in Hinwick, Podington, in the occupation of Nicholas Squire; 7 closes in Hinwick called Well, Foryarde, Stone, Longe, Little Tofte including 2 pightles lately purchased of William Sayer; Church close; Gorewronge close; 15 acres land and leys; 4 shillings rent from the lands of John Stratton in Hinwick. If necessary a fine or recovery shall be arranged during the next 7 years at the cost of William Payne, but so that they be not compelled to travel above 10 miles from their abode. Witnesses.
