To the use of Thomas Ashton junior, subject to payment of £10 each to Mary Ashton spinster, Richard Ashton, Elizabeth Wallis widow, Susan Ashton spinster, children of Thomas and Mary Ashton senior, and to Richard Ashton, grandson of Thomas Ashton senior and son of Thomas Ashton junior; trustee Richard Cumberland.
