Recites original Lease of 99 years, dated 10 February 1778; at annual rent of £84; (i) William Carrington of Biggleswade, baker; (ii) Robert Hudson of St Neots (county of Huntingdonshire), George Gibson, clerk, and William Pitts schoolmaster, both of Biggleswade, Paului Phelips of Cunnington and Michael Cleasby of Holme (county of Huntingdonshire), schoolmaster; and (iii) the said Edward Rudd.
The Manor House of Flitwick “then in ruins (and now since wholly pulled down)”; 62½ acres dispersed in the Common Fields [no details]; a close called the Stanyard (10 acres), being lammas land; a close called Black (9 acres); Buckins Piece (4 acres); the Grove (3 acres); Honey Meadow (2 acres); Finneys Meadow (7 acres); Soles Meadow (4 acres); Howson’s Meadow (4 acres); and Faroes Mead (3 acres).
