A cottage in East End in Flitwick, late in occupation of Thomas Oakley, now of Anne Oakley, bounded East by the lane from East End to Denel End; a close (2 acres) adjoining, bounded North and West by land, formerly of Solomon Spring and late of Thomas Cheney, gentleman; and the cottage formerly of John Sherhogge (lately pulled down); and also 9 roods Meadow in East End Mead in Flitwick, with ½ acre formerly of Peter Honywoods and now of John Cotton esquire lying between them and the meadow of Mrs Cooke on East, and that formerly of George Collop gentleman on West, abutting South on the parish ditch, and North on the Common Plott. Witnesses: Robert Parker and Benjamin Greene.
