    Conveyance of such part of the late Mr. Orlebar's freehold estate as remain unsold to the uses in his will; (Lease and Release) (i) William Burton, late of Rutland, now of Middlesex esquire, surviving trustee under will of John Orlebar late of Podington. (ii) William Myddleton of the Inner Temple, gentleman. (iii) Richard Orlebar of Hinwick esquire, eldest son and heir of John Orlebar.

    -- All freehold estates remaining unsold of the late John Orlebar in Podington, Bedfordshire, and Wicken Bonant, Essex (not those in Sharnbrook, Grendon, Earls Barton, Bozeat and Irthlingborough); and all copyhold lands and messuages. Recites will of John Orlebar 27 October 1741; devised to William Burton, Robert Eyre, and Denis Farrer all estates in trust, the two latter however died before John Orlebar, (who died 1766). Witnesses. John Stokes, John Martin. 7, 8 August 1778.
