Recites 69 and endorsement; £1,800 secured by indenture of 27 December 1735 (numbers 65,66) not paid to Judith Orlebar, and so her estate became absolute for 500 years; granted to William and Thomas Melmouth in trust to secure £1,800 to Judith and 3 daughters, Diana, Judith and Ursula; all 3 daughters are now 21 and married and their husbands desirous to have their portions of £600.
