C. B. Mitchell, also wearing apparel & household linen' to Penelope 'a most kind affectionate child' 28 Jan. 1819 to daughter Penelope sole executrix. everything except £5 to son William & coffee - pot & salver; & £5 to daughter Charlotte; nothing to Thomas except reversion of coffee - pot & salver. 19 Jan. 1832 codicil: to son Thomas £10 for mourning. 24 May 1832. Statement by witnesses from Newark & Leicester as to testatrix's writing; she was late of St. Mary's, Leicester; 29 Apr.1833. Proved by Penelope Mitchell, widow. (under £450). 9 May 1833
