(a) a messuage with croft adjoining containing 6 and a half acres of land next to the King’s Way in Colmworth
(b) 3 selions of land containing 2 acres of land in a furlong called Godmundecroft in the said vill
(c) with all hedges/fences [sepibus] and ditches
which William lately had by grant [concessione] from Ralph
