-- The manor of Podington; the rectory, advowson of the vicarage, and tithes; and other lands of Richard Orlebar in Podington, Hinwick, Sharnbrook,Lavendon, Wellingborough; by the name of the manor of Podington, 25 messuages, 3 tofts, 1 windmill, 2 dovehouses, 25 gardens, 850 acres land, 45 acres meadow, 100 acres pasture, 65 acres wood, 500 acres furze and heath, £6 rent, common of pasture, view of frankpledge, in Podington,Hinwick ,Lavendon, Sharnbrook, Wellingborough; the rectory of Podington with the tithes and advowson of the vicarage; which recovery was suffered in the current Trinity Term; the true intent and meaning of the said recovery is that the said premises shall enure to the only use and behoof of Richard Orlebar junior.
