(ii) William Ekins of Swineshead, yeoman; William Peck of Kimbolton [Huntingdonshire], surgeon
Reciting:
- will of Francis Ginn of 1816 by which Solomon Hawkins was to sell (a) and invest the profits to pay interest to his mother Jemima for her life;
- the property was sold by auction at the Three Horse Shoes, Swineshead in 1819;
Operative Part:
- (i) conveyed (a) to William Ekins, with William Peck as his trustee, for £187
