(iii) Henry Boston of Hargrove [Northamptonshire], shepherd;
(iv) Robert Tweltree of Raunds [Northamptonshire], gentleman
Reciting:
- deeds listed in Z102/3 and that the wife of the first John Humphreys was named Joan and of the second, Mary. The mortgage of 1761 was for £100 and that of 1765 for £130. John Chase and John Cox were both brewers of Saint Giles-in-the-Fields [Middlesex]
Operative Part:
- (i), by direction of (ii) and (iii) assigned the £130 mortgage of 1765 to (iv)
