    Parties: (i) John Birkenshaw of Saint Mary-le-Bone [Middlesex], stablekeeper; (ii) John Humphreys of Kimbolton [Huntingdonshire], clockmaker; (iii) Henry Boston of Hargrove [Northamptonshire], shepherd; (iv) Robert Tweltree of Raunds [Northamptonshire], gentleman Reciting: - deeds listed in Z102/3 and that the wife of the first John Humphreys was named Joan and of the second, Mary. The mortgage of 1761 was for £100 and that of 1765 for £130.
