    in consideration of a competent sum of money paid by (ii), (i) has granted to (ii): 4 pieces of arable land cont. 4 acres 3 roods in the parish of Luton in a certain field called Sewell Field, viz: one piece of 1 acre lying next to the land of Richard Bigge on the north, and the land of Thomas Wynche lying on the south, abutting on the west upon a headland acre conveyed or intended to be conveyed to Robert Field. one piece of 1 acre in the same shott; the land of the heirs of John Longe deceased lying on the north part and the land of the heirs of Thomas Parratt deceased lying on the south, abutting towards the east upon the land of Sir Robt. Napier Kt and Bart. one other piece of land of 1 acre 3 roods being headland to divers piece of land on the east, the land of the said Sir Robert lying on the west, and abutting towards upon the land of Sir Robert, and late of Edw Catherall deceased. the other acre called Mill Dame acre lying by the land of the heirs of Francis Parratt deceased on the south, the land of John Crawley lying on the north, abutting towards the west upon the land of the late Thomas Parratt and John Hawkins. with all appurtenances. covenant to levy a fine upon all the lands of (ii) expect an acre in Burge field called Flamsteed Steeple acre, to the use of (iii). signed: all parties endorsed with livery of seisin witnessed. by: Robert Feilde, John Hill and Thomas Crawley. endorsed with note on back 'There is a recoverye sued out of this land by Mr. Thomas Attwood Rotherham to cutt of the intayle made by Thomas Attwood his grandfather and likewise a Fyne to barr Mr Rotherham's wife of her thirdes which Fyne and recoverye Remaynes in the handes of Geo.
